Ben is a co-founder and director of Operational Geotechs and is currently spearheading the company’s expansion into Canada and North America, while helping ensure the continued growth of our Australian operations. Ben’s ability to build trusted relationships with his clients and team members is a key asset to Operational Geotechs, as is his strong technical aptitude.

 Ben’s mining industry experience spans 18 years and includes time in Australian underground and open-pit mining operations. As well as holding numerous geotechnical engineer roles, Ben spent 20 months as technical services coordinator at Tanami gold mine, a +2Mt per annum operation between 2014 and 2016. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Geological) degree from RMIT University in 2004 and has completed further mining geomechanics studies at the WA School of Mines.
