A highly skilled problem solver specialising in numerical modelling and feasibility studies, Chris is our technical studies manager and plays a key role in coordinating and driving collaboration between our technical studies team, operations teams and our clients.  He oversees a team of motivated geotechnical engineers, providing hands-on guidance and technical mentoring to our site geotechs as required.

Chris has deep experience in Western Australia’s gold mining sector, providing him with vast knowledge that covers narrow vein, bulk and remnant mining, backfill management, ultramafics lithologies, rock mass data collection, ground support QAQC, mine sequencing, seismic system design and analysis, trigger action response plans, and more. He has a degree in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics (Honours) from the UK-based University of Portsmouth.
