An Operational Geotechs co-founder and director, Trent’s current primary focus is presiding over the growth of the company’s expansion across Australia and into international markets. With a unique blend of entrepreneurial talent and exceptional people skills, Trent continues to be integral to the success of Operational Geotechs and plays a key role in mentoring and developing his team.

Since graduating from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Geological) with Honours in 2001, he has garnered an enviable depth of site-based open pit and underground experience working for both global mining houses and junior miners. He possesses deep understanding of a range of mining styles and techniques, and has been involved in plant construction, mine start-ups and re-starts, remnant mining and more.
